Terms
Plain words first, because these are short enough to actually read.
Who you are agreeing with
DarkTrade, operated by Arshia Shahrabadi, an individual based in the United Arab Emirates (Tower B, Paramount Hotel, Business Bay, Dubai, Dubai). DarkTrade is not a registered company. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. You must be 18 or over to use the service.
What we provide
Information. We watch public wallet activity on Hyperliquid and tell you when a whale we track opens a position, together with that whale’s own measured record. That is the entire product.
What we do not do
- — We never take custody of your funds. Your money is in your own exchange account, in your own name.
- — We never place an order. There is no auto-trader and no permission on your account that would let us.
- — We do not give financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell. You choose your entries and your exits.
- — We do not guarantee any outcome. Past results are not a promise of future ones, and we publish losing figures as plainly as winning ones.
What it costs, and how we are paid
You never pay us. There is no subscription, no trial and nothing that expires. Access is a $100 deposit into your own exchange account, opened through our referral link with LBank or KuCoin, and that money remains yours to trade or withdraw. The exchange pays us a referral fee when you trade. That is our only revenue from you, and you should read everything we publish knowing it.
Risk
This is leveraged crypto futures trading. You can lose money, including more than you expected to. The colours we publish are measurements of past drawdown, not forecasts and not safety ratings — white does not mean safe — and the risk test recommends a fit, not a return. What we measured, and what we do not know.
Your account
One Telegram account per person. Do not resell or redistribute the signals. We can end access for abuse. You can delete your account at any time with /deleteme in the bot — what that erases and what it keeps.
Accuracy
We publish measured figures and we correct them when they are wrong. We do not warrant that the information is complete or uninterrupted, and market data can be delayed or incorrect at source. If you think a number here is wrong, tell us — contact.
