Short answers
Deposit not showing
The Deposit sheet's status line runs Waiting for USDC… → Received → Moving to your account… → Arrived, and Arrived shows only once Hyperliquid has credited your account; it usually takes about 5 minutes, and past 10 the sheet says so. USDC must arrive on Arbitrum One, and less than the minimum the sheet shows waits at the address until the total reaches it. Sent another token, or another network? See Recover below.
Wallet → Deposit →Withdrawing
Wallet → Withdraw: an amount and an address on Arbitrum One; your wallet signs it in Privy's window. Hyperliquid charges $1. Signed in with your own wallet? Withdraw on Hyperliquid's own app. Withdrawals cannot be reversed.
Wallet → Withdraw →Wrong network
Account → Recover funds lists what sits at your wallet's address and sends it to an address you choose: on Arbitrum One, USDC.e, USDT, ARB and WETH, and USDC under the minimum. Ethereum and Base are listed so you can see them; to move those, export your wallet. Tokens on any other network can't be recovered there.
Account → Recover funds →Turning trading off
Disconnect in the Wallet tab: DarkTrade's key is deleted on our side and nothing more is placed with it. Open positions stay in your account and are not closed. The key's approval on Hyperliquid lapses on its expiry date; the Wallet tab says how to end it sooner. To stop one copy, Pause or Stop it in Portfolio › Copies.
Wallet → Disconnect →Deleting your account
Account → Delete account removes your DarkTrade account: it stops your copies, deletes the trading key as Disconnect does, and removes your email and your push subscriptions. It does not close your open positions, and your wallet and its funds stay yours. The privacy policy, section 12, says the rest.
Account → Delete account →Fees
Hyperliquid's own trading fee plus 0.05% per side to DarkTrade. Costs in dollars before you confirm; every fill shows its fee, DarkTrade's included.
The fees →Risk
Trading perpetual futures with leverage can lose money fast. Leverage makes gains and losses larger, and a position can be liquidated. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
The risk disclosure →Held by DarkTrade?
No. Your money stays in your own wallet and your own Hyperliquid account. DarkTrade never holds it. DarkTrade's key can place trades there. It can't withdraw; it's never used to move your funds.
Your money stays yours →Renewing the key
DarkTrade's key on your account is valid for a limited time. Renew in the Wallet tab before it expires; your alerts remind you.
Wallet →Alerts on iPhone
iPhone delivers alerts only to the installed app: add DarkTrade to your Home Screen, open it from there and turn alerts on.
Account → Install app →DarkTrade is not a broker, an investment adviser or a bank, and it is not licensed or registered with any regulator.
